It’s been a little while since I’ve posted. I’ve been thinking of the best way to share my experience as well as answer the many questions I receive about my weight loss. I started a YouTube channel called Navigating Weight Loss that will feature videos, recipes that I’ve discovered and others I want to try, different workouts and fitness options I’ve tried as well.
It’s been a busy few months and after completing the NYC Marathon on November things got even more crazy as we drifted into the holidays and rapidly into the New Year.
There’s so many things to share and I can’t wait to let you all know what exciting things are already in the works for 2017!
