Today I participated in a Cook Off that had an appetizer category. I wanted to make something tasty, fast, and easily shared. I love Caprese Salads and this is a tasting version that is just a great refreshing bite. Enjoy! If you make this recipe let me know!
Raspberry Walnut Caprese Bites
- 1 Container Mozzerella Pearls
- 1 Cup Ken’s Raspberry Walnut Balsalmic Vinaigrette
- Fresh Basil Leaves
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Adobo Seasoning and dried basil to taste
Drain mozzerella pearls and put in mixing bowl. Add Raspberry Walnut Balsalmic Vinaigrette and add Adobo and dried basil to taste.
Cut fresh basil leaves and cut cherry tomatoes in half. Skewer mozzerella pearls in toothpicks, add piece of fresh basil and then cherry tomato cut side down so they stand.
